| Twosday, Septre 14th:
While Sir Ivan the Powerful travels in North-East Bekkillan, he meets a short villager in a town. He tells Sir Ivan that people believe that a dread creature hunts about the woods of South-West Bekkillan, 19 days ride away.
Sir Ivan the Powerful promises to do away with this baneful menace.
Sir Ivan get me in the coutyard and offerd to pay me my usuakl fee if I would travel with him and support him and his companions. I said i would after I had evaluated the knights assistance. due to lack of time, I did agree to evaluate them as we traveled SW.
| Wedday, Septre 15th to Twosday, Septre 21st:
Sir Ivan the Powerful goes to the south-west eventlessly, from a plain in North-East Bekkillan to a plain in Central Bekkillan.
I was very happy to see that Geraldine was selected as the Sage. She use to be a knight as Ivan, but age caught up to him and he spent the rest of his days in study. I am surprised that he is still able to travel in his weak state.
Then there is Cyril the sqire, a boy not older then 10. He is the cusin of Sir Ivan, but I am very unsure as to his actual value on this quest.
Dominic the cook is an old friend of my father's, though his temper is as sharp as his cleaver. Yet, his cooking talents are hard to match.
I reluctantly agreed to accompany Sir Ivan the rest for the duration of his travels. I need the money.
| Wedday, Septre 22nd:
Going west, Sir Ivan meets a bandit in a plain in Central Bekkillan.
Sir Ivan quickly overwhelms the bandit. Sir Ivan the Powerful has slain the bandit!
The road we took passed through grassy plains known for hiding bandits and thugs, and shure enough, a bandit attacked while we stopped for lunch. Sir Ivan proved his valor and quickly defeated the bandit without even reaching for ihis sword. Just befor ethe bandit attacked Sir Ivan had spotted him sneaking up to the sage. Sir Ivan hollered out in a war scream rthat made my hair stand straight. The bandit grabbed a bag of supplies and ran into the high grass. But he did not get far. Ivan lunged practically flew through the air pouncing on the bandit. It was as if Sir Ivan was some sort of beast and the bandit was his prey. Indeed Sir Ivan is powerful.
| Thorsday, Septre 23rd to Satyrday, Septre 25th:
Sir Ivan the Powerful ventures to the south-west peacefully, from a plain in Central Bekkillan to a plain in West Bekkillan.
Dominic cooked up some frog and snake scewers this night. It is amazing what he can do with food. Cyril did not care for it, but added some dirt to it - he said it was for flavor. Dominic glared at him with an evil eye. Normally Dominic would have beaten a man for such an insult, maybe he restrained himself due to the boy's age. I myself, must ask him for the recipie.
| Sonday, Septre 26th:
Rambling south, Sir Ivan meets a thug in a plain in West Bekkillan.
Sir Ivan is unimpressed by the thug. Sir Ivan the Powerful has decapitated the thug!
We met a very large man this day on our road. He demanded payment for our passage. Sir Ivan declared he had his payment for him and drew the biggest axe I have ever seen. The thug ran into the high grass and Ivan ran after him. All I heard was the one hit from the axe, and then Sir Ivan returned to us and sat down to clean his axe. I think I even spotted a grin on his face.
| Moonsday, Septre 27th:
Moving south, Sir Ivan the Powerful meets a powerful traveler in a plain in West Bekkillan.
Dominic the Cook argues with her. The traveler argues back.
Wile passing a caravan heading north Sir Ivan is stopped by a girl, who warns him that his cook would try and poison him with his pickled field mice. I believe it was ment as a joke, but Dominic didn't see it that way.
| Twosday, Septre 28th:
Sir Ivan the Powerful ventures to the south without incident through a woods in South-West Bekkillan
We entered the woods this day. We were now very close to the end of our quest. Most of the trip was without serious incident so the party was ancious and maybe a bit over egger for our final encounter.
| Wedday, Septre 29th:
Journeying south, Sir Ivan encounters a bear in a woods in South-West Bekkillan.
The bear's vigor is too great for Sir Ivan; but Sir Ivan's quickness is superior to the bear's skill; also Sir Ivan's resourcefulness overcomes the bear. Sir Ivan the Powerful has defeated the bear!
While crossing a small creek a bear attacked Sir Ivan. It began its attack by toppling a tree and almost crushing Sir Ivan. Sir Ivan, with the reflexes of a cat, swung his axe and cut the tree in two. Before the bear could attack again Sir Ivan had hurled a spear into the bear's skull.
That night we had the taistiest bear burgers I have ever had. How does he do it.
| Thorsday, Septre 30th:
Riding south, Sir Ivan the Powerful comes upon a rowdy peasant in a woods in South-West Bekkillan.
Dominic the Cook jokes with her. The peasant laughs.
We come across a small wooded watchtower, where Sir Ivan met a rowdy peasant who mocked the the Squire Cyril's youth. She then went on to mock our Sage, calling her a wench. Dominic found this hilarious and could not help but laugh. Poor Cyril tried to pick a fight but the peasant just put her hand out to hold Cyril back with ease. Sir Ivan told the boy to stand down , and he had us go on our way. For Geraldine thought that the wise thing to do.
| Friarday, Octre 1st to Satyrday, Octre 2nd:
Sir Ivan the Powerful rambles to the west quickly, from a woods in South-West Bekkillan to a mountains in South-West Bekkillan.
Our sage grew werary and fell asleep leaning on a tree. We tried to wake him, but he just kept sleeping. How could this happen so close to out goal!
| Sonday, Octre 3rd:
Sir Ivan the Powerful reaches the woods of South-West Bekkillan and finds a mischievous evil knight.
Sir Ivan the Powerful fights the evil knight to a deadlock--next Sir Ivan's sagacity overwhelms the evil knight, in contrast the evil knight's agility outdoes Sir Ivan, and the evil knight's energy overcomes Sir Ivan. Sir Ivan the Powerful has been grievously wounded by the evil knight!
In the melee, Geraldine the Sage is injured!
Dominic has made to carry Geraldine as we continued this day. We didn't get far when a black knight came into sight, mounted on his black horse onto a small hill. Sir Ivan knew this must be the foe he was to destroy and off he went riding at full speed tward the evil knight. Never have I ever seen such a battle. The evil knight matched Sir Ivan's every move with the same might and skill as Ivan. The battle took them off of the hill and down to where we were, but Dominic forgot to grab Geraldine, who was still asleep, and the sage was trampled by the two powerful knights. Eventually Sir Ivan grew weary and could no longer withstand the evil knight's might. The evil knight cut into Sir Ivan's hshoulder with his sword and Sir Ivan fled, we bearly managed to catch up with him. Dominic did manage to grab Geraldine this time.
| Moonsday, Octre 4th:
Sir Ivan the Powerful begins to recover from his wounds.
We met for camp to try and cure Sir Ivan's woundes. Sir Ivan, who was once powerful, now shivered with fear, lokking here and their at every sound. fearing that that eveil knight would come back to finish what he had started. Cyril, became very angry that his uncle was defeated and thought the only was to cure him was to slay the knight who inflicted this suffering. He left us to find that evil knight. He never returned.
| Twosday, Octre 5th:
Sir Ivan the Powerful fully recovers!
Geraldine the Sage dies of her injuries!
A red sun rose this morning. Our sage had died some time in the night. Sir Ivan was no longer the knight he was. It was as if the evil knight had taken his very soul, and the only thing left was a shell of a once great knight. his wounds had healed, butthe wounds within had destoyed him. Dominic and I returned agreed to return him to his home, and go our seperate ways.
